Jessica M. Mahoney, Esq.
Jessica M. Mahoney practices primarily in the areas of residential real estate, residential lending, commercial real estate, landlord-tenant, and estate planning.
Mrs. Mahoney is a life-long resident of the Hudson Valley, where she attended grade school at Minisink Valley Central School District in Slate Hill, New York. After graduating high school, Mrs. Mahoney went on to obtain her Bachelors of Science, cum laude, from Berkeley College. Later, she achieved her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University.
After taking the New York State Bar Exam, Mrs. Mahoney began working as a law clerk for a leading law firm in the Hudson Valley. Upon admission to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, Mrs. Mahoney transitioned into an associate attorney position.
Mrs. Mahoney decided to open her own firm in September 2018, after the birth of her daughter. “I cannot believe the outstanding level of support I have received from my family, friends and colleagues since opening JM Mahoney Law PLLC,” said Mrs. Mahoney. She went on, “It is so very rewarding being able to open your own law firm in the city in which you grew up. Especially since I often work with first time home buyers who have chosen to make my hometown their home as well.”
